We ship to all seven emirates. Flat AED 25, or free once your order passes AED 250.

Shipping
Orders are packed and dispatched within one to two working days. Once a parcel leaves us you will get a tracking link by email. Delivery is typically next-day to Dubai and Sharjah, and two to three working days everywhere else.
Delivery costs a flat AED 25 anywhere in the UAE, and nothing at all once your order subtotal reaches AED 250. The same numbers are used by the checkout — this page reads them from the same source, so it cannot advertise a threshold you will not actually get.

Returns
If a piece is not right, you have 14 days from delivery to send it back. It needs to be unworn, unwashed, and with its tags still on — we resell returns, and we will not sell someone a piece that has already been worn.
Start a return by messaging us with your order number. We will confirm the address and, once the piece arrives back with us, refund the original payment method within five working days.
Return postage is yours unless the piece arrived faulty or we sent the wrong thing — in which case it is entirely ours, and we will say so before you spend anything.
Faulty piece? Send a photo before returning it. Most of the time we can sort it out faster than the post can.
