Sizing
How does it fit?
Boxy and oversized, deliberately. Take your usual size for the fit shown on the model, or size down if you want it closer to the body. Full measurements are on the size guide.
I am between sizes. Which way?
Size down. The cut has enough room in it that the smaller size will still sit loose, and the larger one tends to read as too long in the body.
Do the measurements include the sleeves?
Yes — chest, length and sleeve are all listed per size, measured with the garment laid flat rather than on a body.
Orders and delivery
Where do you ship?
All seven emirates. Flat AED 25, free once your order passes AED 250. We do not ship outside the UAE yet.
How long does it take?
Dispatched in one to two working days. Usually next-day to Dubai and Sharjah, two to three working days elsewhere.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If it has not shipped, yes. Message us with your order number as soon as you can and we will catch it if we can.
Drops
Will sold-out pieces come back?
No. Each drop is a fixed run and we do not restock it. When a size is gone it is gone — that is the point of a drop rather than a permanent line.
How do I hear about the next one?
The email list on the home page. It is the only place drops are announced ahead of time, and we do not use it for anything else.
Returns
What is the return window?
Fourteen days from delivery, unworn and with tags on. The full detail is on shipping & returns.
Something arrived faulty.
Send us a photo before you post anything back. Contact us and we will sort it — return postage on a faulty piece is ours, not yours.
