What we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.
Being reviewed
This describes how we intend to operate and is written in plain language. It has not yet been reviewed by a UAE lawyer, and it will be replaced before we take real payments. Nothing here is a substitute for the final terms.
What we collect
To send you an order we need a name, a delivery address, an email address and a phone number for the courier. If you join the email list we keep the email address and nothing else.
Payment details
We do not store card numbers. Payments are handled by a payment provider, and card details go to them directly rather than through us.
What we will not do
We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to anyone beyond the couriers and payment providers who need it to complete your order.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will respond. The formal process for handling such requests under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law is still being written.
